Dear Ann; I have this problem, there is this guy that I really like and I have for a long time. But he loves the girl I hate, I can’t get over him. I try and try but still I love him. She is pretty and I’m not but the guy was in love with me until she came along. I know she may be pretty and I may not meet up to his standards but I could get up there. I am being torn from my true love. My father is keeping me from being with him because he hates him. My father is forcing me to marry to someone that has treated me unworthy and I would never give my virginity to someone like him. My love has given me gifts despite that I give him curses.
The man that my father is trying to make me merry has already won someone’s heart. That person is someone I know that is jealous that her love is in love with me and not her. I have the decisions from my father to marry the man I don’t love, become a nun or die. My love and I had been thinking on what to do.

But it sucks to be him because we are running away from everything. Can you please make sure that her dad is losing focas and distracted so we can get away skot free. So our plan is that during the Duke’s wedding we will stay and start greeting people then we will both meet at the cart so we can get a ride out of here. Then we will live happily ever after outside of Athens.
So I think you should distract the whole group by doing some extra plays to keep the whole entire group focused on the play. While this is happening Hermia and I will be leaving to get out of Athens as fast as possible. I’m dealing with some major problems, in fact my girl and I are. And I just really need some advise on how to handle this. Ok I love this girl really deeply and want to marry here, she feels the same but there is another guy who wants to marry her to. In fact her father wants this other guy to marry her, I think because he is richer and is higher up than I am. And the thing is this guy has already one another women’s heart and now he is trying for my girl. But in the mist of all this her father has taken this to our fair duke, and has had him tell her that she is to marry this prince or she is to be killed, or he gave her another alternative, she is to become a nun.
This has become a very big problem because she doesn’t want to marry the so called prince charming but she has to other wise she’s dead or she becomes a nun, which she doesn’t want to be. So we have come up with our own solution, that is to run away. But a complication has come up in that plan to, a women who love’s the dear prince charming has decided to go and tell him that we are planning to run away to be together. Which I don’t understand why she would go and do that, because if she loose prince charming then why would she make it so he is going to marry my girl, that would defeat her whole purpose of loving him.

Dear Athena,
I am running a gig soon and have this problem. This one guy wants to play everyone else’s part besides his, and everyone else is worried about their parts that I’ve given to them. The gig is coming soon and everyone is being frantic about it. At this rate the parts will never be fulfilled.
It all started after we got the bright idea to reinact a play with two lovers ending in their deaths. We all met up at our destination, I called them out by name and told them their roles. The youngest of them came to me first and was complaining about playing as the girl that dies within the play. He was talking about how he was growing in a beard and wouldn’t be fit for the female part of the play. I told him that we will just put a mask over him so no one will know. The next person who kept on asking for everyone else’s part but his own for some odd reason and would not drop the subject about it even though he is horrible at all of the parts he has been trying to go for.
With all of this chaos going on I do not know what I should do. Should I change the parts or should I ignore it. Should I have them go on with the current assigned parts and risk the fact that they might mess up from all of the stress?

I’ve been acting almost my whole entire life. I’m the best with acting any part that anyone gives me. I’m even great in charades! I have a beautiful wife that is always there for me. Everything in my life is always handed to me… except I have a problem with my director.
I was in many many plays for almost my whole entire life! I got all of the lead parts in all the plays, I never had messed up one in any of them, and my max roles in a play is four! I’m very spectacular on the stage that all of my family and friends cried in every play I was in. And now since I’m older I can do way more things than just being fantastic on the stage…. The role that I get is being a tree and a rock for all of the acting while my retarded friend gets to be the main character and a lion!

The problem is that I have to play a woman in the play and I am trying to grow out a beard for the first time and in doing this I expected to have a beard for the first time and keep it. Also I don’t want to play this part and my fellow workmen don’t want to play their parts either but Quince is the director and I trust his judgment but even this has me questioning him.
I would like to see that we get to play the parts we want to play so we have more fun and we put on a better performance for the duke. I have a problem, and I desperately need your help. I have no one else that I can turn to as I am in a strange land and my family is far away. Until 6 months ago I was living the life of a happy warrior princess. No one could defeat me and my army of warrior maidens. I spent my days doing my favorite tasks: training, hunting, sword fighting and hand to hand combat. Life was idealic. But then it all changed.
A hero who we shall call "Duke" landed on my shores. No matter how hard my army fought, we could not defeat him. And worse yet in the middle of the battle I got distracted. I couldn't help noticing his bulging muscles glistening in the warm sun. He was a total hunk! I just stood there with my mouth agape, gazing at his manly physique. And at that moment he struck me down. As the ruler of my people, this act insured that he had won. Not only the battle, but also me. He proved not only his superiority on the battle field but also the quality of his chivalry when he not only spared my life, but also invited me to his tent for dinner.
I have grown to love him. After all he is a total STUD on the battlefield. BUT I am a WARRIOR and nobody and I mean nobody tells me what to do. While I am not unhappy with him, I want our wedding to be MY CHOICE. How can I turn the tide of our love and become the dominant one?
