Dear Athena,

I’m dealing with some major problems, in fact my girl and I are. And I just really need some advise on how to handle this. Ok I love this girl really deeply and want to marry here, she feels the same but there is another guy who wants to marry her to. In fact her father wants this other guy to marry her, I think because he is richer and is higher up than I am. And the thing is this guy has already one another women’s heart and now he is trying for my girl. But in the mist of all this her father has taken this to our fair duke, and has had him tell her that she is to marry this prince or she is to be killed, or he gave her another alternative, she is to become a nun.
This has become a very big problem because she doesn’t want to marry the so called prince charming but she has to other wise she’s dead or she becomes a nun, which she doesn’t want to be. So we have come up with our own solution, that is to run away. But a complication has come up in that plan to, a women who love’s the dear prince charming has decided to go and tell him that we are planning to run away to be together. Which I don’t understand why she would go and do that, because if she loose prince charming then why would she make it so he is going to marry my girl, that would defeat her whole purpose of loving him.
I just don’t know what me and her should do to try and escape these problems we are facing. I am hoping you will have another alternative for a suggestion of what we could possibly do. So I guess my question is how can I avoid all this?
