Dear Athena,
I have a problem, there is a huge thing coming up and the people I choose to do this wont listen to me. Its either they wont listen, interrupting me, or have no idea what I’m talking about. This one guy thinks that he is the best guy there. When really he has no idea what he is doing or talking about.
I gave him a simple direction he has to carry it out farther than he needs to. Another guy is the exact opposite. He doesn’t want to do anything. I assigned him apart but he won’t take it. So the stupid one interrupts me again and he said let me play the part also. I just can’t get a break.
Athena I ask for your help. I cannot manage these people. They seem un teachable. I need advice on how to control these guys to obey my commands like a dog.
